Sitecore Experience Platform (XP)™

Market in real time across multiple channels and own the customer experience with Sitecore XP.

With the Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), organizations can now market in the context of a customer's complete history of interaction with their brand, making content personalized and relevant to each customer’s experience.  [A] works with clients to connect with customers and clients like never before. Because no two clients or engagements are alike, we work to understand and align our client’s marketing processes to their specific marketing goals.

Sitecore Experience Platform Features

Web Content Management

Sitecore’s web content management system decouples content from its presentation so clients can focus on creating compelling web experiences at any scale, in multiple languages, and across multiple sites. Sitecore XP also supports in-session personalization, multilingual, multi-site management, and templates for accelerated page builds.

Sitecore XP offers a single customer experience platform that serves as a central marketing repository for prospect and customer interaction data. Sitecore’s backend database provides granular insights into how each individual customer has interacted with the brand—both historically and in real time.

Sitecore users also enjoy a 360-degree customer view, utilizing data down to the individual level. Sitecore also offers A/B and multivariate testing, goal tracking, visitor path analysis, and ability to build rules-based and behavioral targeting and measure customer engagement.

Sitecore Analytics

Sitecore XP offers real contextual intelligence to discover patterns and trends in customer interaction data collected from multiple channels.

In addition to tracking traditional web metrics, Sitecore Analytics delivers deep reporting on the marketing efficiency for each digital channel and effort. Quickly see how customized visitor personas and patterns respond to content and see which goals visitors engage with the most to determine optimization strategies, all in a completely customizable dashboard.

Cross-Channel Delivery

By combining web content, customer intelligence and omnichannel delivery, delivering a completely contextual, entirely relevant customer experience is not only possible, but perfected. Sitecore XP offers marketers the ability to deliver content to any device, and any channel, automatically, right when the data indicates customer readiness. Sitecore’s contextual marketing also extends to email management, mobile marketing, social interactions, commerce and retail applications, dynamic print deliverables, and more.

What’s Ahead for Sitecore?

With [A]’s focus on multichannel structured content reuse, we are excited about upcoming releases of Sitecore including Sitecore 9.0 (release date expected in 2018).

Highlights:

  • Sitecore continues work on xConnect, the evolution of Sitecore’s xDB. xConnect will allow customer experiences wherever they happen to write directly to the Experience Database. This gives us the ability to deeply map customer interactions through every device and channel, whether Sitecore-delivered or independent.

  • Headless Sitecore with the OData Content API with Personalization -- at [A] we already provide content APIs for content as a service and other syndication scenarios from within Sitecore. But the next generation will pave the way for bi-directional personalization interactions through an even richer API framework. This provider model enables Sitecore to be used in a truly ‘headless’ mode, while still enabling realtime content targeted and other forms of personalization leveraging xDB.
