Jon Hanke

Jon Hanke is an enterprise content strategy manager at U.S. Bank, where he recently led the UX team that redesigned usbank.com to align with the bank's new branding and launched it on AEM. In his current role, he works with product and journey owners, digital channel managers, and other stakeholders to create a long-term vision for omnichannel content and pursue strategic opportunities for content standardization, optimization and reuse.
