Christopher Strebel leads the Digital Content eXperience team at the World Health Organization. Some of his most important projects and responsibilities have included managing the migration of WHO's legacy web content onto a modern, dynamic CMS; increasing the WHO web traffic due to Covid-19 along with 750 million visitors and 1.7 billion page view in Q1 2020; and providing vision for transforming WHO digital from a web publishing system to a dynamic omnichannel.
Strebel previously worked as the Editor-in-Chief of the WHO website ensuring the editorial quality of content on the WHO website. He has also worked in web technologies in New York, consulting for a number of companies before moving into technology entrepreneurship and becoming a founding member and CIO of a start-up venture.
