Content Model
A formal definition of the structure of content, identifying content types and their composition, including content and metadata elements, and their relationships to each other. The identification of content types and their composition is goal-specific; that is, a content model designed to capture the structure for channel-specific delivery, e.g. a chatbot, may be different from a content model designed to support the full content lifecycle, e.g. a Core Content Model. In this way, a Core Content Model can be considered a specific type of Content Model.
